We are a zero-cash trade collective for female and non-binary skilled locals. Built on the principle that economy goes far beyond cash and traditional markets, we challenge traditional financial barriers such as startup liquidity, the gender pay gap, and the care gap. We are building a self-sustaining micro-economy grounded in skill exchange.

Everyone has something to bring to the table. You don't need to run a full-time business to join. Whether you’re a business owner, side-hustler or skilled hobbyist: your time and talent have real value. Our members swap everything from tailoring, bookkeeping, and copywriting to personal training, interior painting, and gardening. You might trade video editing, event planning, or contract proofreading for photo shoots, meal prep, or help moving a couch. Whatever you’re good at, there’s someone in the collective who needs it.

Once you’re signed up, you’ll get access to the private directory so you can connect directly with members through their preferred contact method. Membership is completely free, and your information is only ever used to facilitate trades within the collective.

We are intentionally social-media free. Instead of chasing algorithms or creating content for screens, we rely on our private directory and word-of-mouth. Real people making impact in the real world.
